We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery confirmation
- The purchase must have been made directly through hsdaily.co . All conditions in this policy must be met
What can be returned
- One opened unit may be returned
- Any additional units from the same order must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Opened or used products beyond one unit are not eligible for a refund.
Refund limits
- One refund per customer or household
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility using order history, account details, and payment method
Not eligible for refund
- Promotional or free items
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
- Orders flagged for suspected abuse or fraud
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Return shipping
