If you have HS, you've probably been piecing it together yourself.

One sachet a day. Formulated from what dermatologists already recommend, and what people with HS said they actually needed.

The pattern

Almost everyone we spoke to said the same thing.

Most people managing HS are taking five or more supplements a day. Different bottles, different doses, different schedules. Half the time wondering whether the form is right or whether they're missing something obvious.

Some have given up entirely. Some never started. The thread running through every conversation: "I don't really know what I'm doing, and I'm tired of guessing.

How this came together

One year of listening before any product was made.

  • Direct conversations

Hundreds of conversations with people living with HS. What helped, what didn't, what they wished existed.

  • Dermatologist input

Sat down with five dermatologists. Asked what they already recommend, where supplement habits go wrong, and what gaps frustrate them.

  • Community patterns

Read through years of online HS discussions. Used qualitatively to surface patterns and language, not as statistics.

Dermatologists were already pointing patients toward the same handful of nutrients. People were already buying them. But the forms and doses on most shelves don't match what's actually used in the published research, and stacking five or more bottles isn't sustainable.

So we put them in one sachet.

The formula

Nine ingredients. One pineapple & mango sachet.

Zinc Bisglycinate

Supports immune function — 20 mg elemental zinc

Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)

Copper Bisglycinate

Supports normal copper status alongside zinc — 2 mg elemental copper

Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3)

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)

Supports immune and collagen function — 50 mg

Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)

Supports energy metabolism — 1,000 mcg

The evidence, honestly

What the research can and can't tell us.

Four published clinical studies on zinc in HS specifically. We've read them all. The signal points in the same direction, but the sample sizes are small. Vitamin D and curcumin have been studied independently for inflammatory skin conditions, with similar caveats.

Our Founder

A decade of user research

I'm Adam, founder of HS Daily. Ten years spent understanding people deeply, then designing solutions around what they need, with experience at the National Health Service. HS Daily was built on that work, in close collaboration with practising dermatologists and people living with HS.

What to expect

We'd rather be honest than impressive.

Weeks 1–4

You're building a habit

Daily nutritional support takes time. The first month is consistency-building.

Weeks 4–8

Some people start to notice subtle shifts.

Energy, gut function, or general skin feel. Not flare resolution.

Weeks 8–12

The honest evaluation window.

If HS Daily is going to make a meaningful difference for you, this is when you'll know.

The bigger picture

Products built for your HS journey.

The supplement was the first gap to close. There are more. We're building toward a full set of products designed specifically for the HS journey.

If you've made it this far, you've seen everything we'd want you to see before deciding. Have a look at the product. Read the research. Take your time.
